The Women’s Self Esteem Group helps its participants reshape and build their self-confidence, self-esteem and feelings of value in the various roles in their life, whether as a mother, daughter, partner, provider or friend. It is an ideal place for women who feel alone, disconnected or misunderstood. Through a group therapy process, the women will feel supported and motivated to change their unsatisfying relationship patterns.
The group is a safe and supportive place for women to explore their personal strengths, evaluate their goals and ambitions and understand the roadblocks that prevent them from seeking happiness and fulfillment. The therapy experience is facilitated in a manner that each participant safely provides and receives support, empathy, and encouragement. The group helps unlock each participant’s growth potential while substituting their irrational and self-defeating thoughts - their inner critic - with those that are self-affirming and self-loving.
The Women’s Self Esteem Group is especially beneficial to women with Codependency challenges who have a tendency to participate in one-sided and unhealthy relationships. Women who habitually gives of herself and is generous in relationships but does not know how to ask for what she needs, will find this group affirming, helpful and instructive.
